As an EDS Athlete myself, I wanted to create a home for folks with EDS who are interested in physical training - a place of positivity and support where we can all support each other's journeys that doesn't require you to be on social media and where we set and maintain the culture. I've lived with EDS my whole life and recovered from a severe health crash to running ultramarathons and living a full and active life.
