Welcome, EDS Athletes!
As an EDS Athlete myself, I wanted to create a home for folks with EDS who are interested in physical training - a place of positivity and support where we can all support each other's journeys that doesn't require you to be on social media and where we set and maintain the culture.

Whether you're right at the start of your journey or an experienced athlete, wheelchair user, ambulant or somewhere in between, if you're interested in training and focused on maintaining a positive mindset, welcome to your new home!

Founder

This community exists to support people with EDS who want to focus on improving and maintaining their quality of life through physical training.

We are a welcoming community with a very clear Code of Conduct. Everyone is welcome - you can bring your whole self to this community.

If you appreciate this community, consider becoming a financial supporter. It really helps us to cover the costs of running the community.
